Platform

Landfill management software built around data and people.

eLandfill replaces the patchwork of GIS tools, spreadsheets and disconnected apps with a single landfill data analytics platform — assets, gas, water, topography and field inspections, all tied to the same live record of your site.

Why one platform

Most tools cover one layer. Landfills need all of them at once.

GIS software wasn't built for day-to-day operations. Generic dashboards don't know what a landfill cell is. Maintenance systems assume your equipment sits in one building, not spread across an open site. eLandfill was built landfill-first — so your site map, your gas and leachate data, your field inspections and your asset history all live in one operational context, not four different logins.

Site & asset map

One live map for buildings, wells, pipelines and equipment — no GIS degree required

Every asset on your site — wells, pipelines, tanks, buildings, ditches and more — lives on one interactive map, laid over aerial or satellite imagery. Search, filter and edit assets directly on the map, attach photos and history to each one, and generate a QR code for any asset so field crews can pull it up instantly on site.

  • Full asset inventory & interactive map
  • Photo library attached to each asset
  • QR codes for instant field lookup
  • Import and export via GeoPackage

Gas & emissions

Landfill gas monitoring without the spreadsheet gymnastics

Track methane and CO2 readings across your site as a live map, see how each gas asset — wells, flares, compressors — is trending over time, and pull in readings from your existing gas analyzers through eLandfill's universal gas data interface. Analysis and reporting are built in, not a separate export step.

  • Live gas concentration mapping by zone
  • History graphs for every gas asset
  • Import from existing gas analyzers
  • Built-in analysis & reporting

Water & leachate

Live readings and lab results, tracked in the same place

Leachate assets, sampling points and live monitoring data plug into the same site map — no separate system, no separate login. Attach laboratory analysis results and Certificates of Analysis directly to each sampling point, so lab data lives next to your live readings instead of a separate folder of PDFs.

  • Live leachate & water monitoring
  • Laboratory sample results per sampling point
  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA) management

Air & weather

Air quality and weather, in context with the rest of your site

Pull in live readings from weather stations and air-quality sensors — temperature, wind, humidity, CO2, particulate levels — right alongside your gas and leachate data, so a spike in readings is never viewed in isolation from what's happening on site.

  • Live weather station feeds
  • Multi-parameter air quality dashboard
  • Per-station and network-wide views

Topography & surveys

Watch your site change over time, not just today's snapshot

Import drone orthophotos, elevation models and point clouds directly into eLandfill, and compare any two survey dates side by side to see exactly how a cell has filled, settled or changed. Volume calculations run directly on the imported data — no separate GIS software required.

  • Drone orthophoto & elevation model import
  • Side-by-side survey comparison
  • Volume & geometry calculations

Field app

What the field team sees matches what's on the map

The eLandfill mobile app puts the same live site map in your technicians' pockets. Scan an asset's QR code to pull up its history on the spot, and log an event with photos right from the field.

  • Live site map on mobile
  • QR code asset lookup
  • Photo-backed event reporting

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need GIS experience to use eLandfill?

No. eLandfill is built so operators can work directly on the map without a GIS background — search, filter and edit assets right on the map, and volume and geometry calculations run automatically without separate GIS software.

Can I import our existing GIS and survey data?

Yes. The asset map supports GeoPackage import and export, and the Topography module imports drone orthophotos, elevation models and point clouds directly.

Does eLandfill connect to our existing gas analyzers and weather stations?

Yes. Gas readings come in through eLandfill's universal gas data interface from your existing gas analyzers, and the Air & Weather module pulls live readings from your weather stations and air-quality sensors.

How does the mobile app work in the field?

The eLandfill mobile app puts the same live site map your team uses on desktop into technicians' pockets — scan an asset's QR code to pull up its history on the spot, and log an inspection event with photos right from the field.

What's included in the standard package versus add-on modules?

eLandfill uses a standard package covering the core platform, plus optional add-on modules for gas, water, air/weather and topography. See our Pricing page for exact package contents and current pricing.
